I am not able to reach my weight loss goal..need help

I have been working out in gym for last two weeks and do cycling at least for 45mins.
I own 149 lbs today and two weeks b4.
As I workout
hard in gym and do a lot of fasting.
But, my fat and weight don't go down for last two weeks. It should go down as I am working hard....Why it doesn't??
I am so worried, if I remain the same.
I wanna loose my weight up to 120 lbs.
I will be appreciate if any one helps me suggesting a perfect diet supplement.
Am I going wrong....???

are you fasting while working out?
what is your gym workout like?
how often do you workout?
what exercise do you do on what day?
what do you eat?

these are just a few things we need to know before anyone can give more informed advice.

There are many ways for losing weight. People want to get fast weight loss tips, but its not a good way. Mostly people use exercise or dieting to reduce weight. You need to control their diet. Try to drink water more for getting over from fat problem.

You're fasting? Your body is probably going into starvation mode and holding onto your fat for dear life. You want to eat healthy, not stop eating.

I've done yoga in the past, never found it makes any difference on my weight personally. When you see how musclular some advanced yoga types are I suspect they are doing some weight traiinng as well.

Although I'm thinking of going back to it to see if it helps with my posture.

^ In the gym? Maybe not. I'm having this issue right now where I'd like to get my flexibility up for dancing and then difficult poses and maneuvers will be possible with proper technique, AND THEN I'll build my strength up even more working them into my practice. It's possible these yogis do some other kind of training or sport but using your own body as weight resistant is pretty effective. Gymnasts train that way after all. Yoga's effects are gradual and gentle.
