okay so im currently 5'8 and weigh about 118 pounds. about 3 months ago i was started on a new anxiety medicine which has weightloss as one of the side effects. in addition i have also been dieting. all i want to do is get rid of my love handles they have completely gotten out of hand but i only seem to be losing weight from every other part of my body. its even gotten to the point where my friends/boyfriend has asked me if ive been eating because im beginning to look too skinny but i cant stop dieting because these darn love handles are just too stubborn. please help any advice is really appreciated

try doing side crunches and back work outs to tone that part of your body. Sitting at a 45 degree angle with a medicine ball and "rowing" is a really good love handle work out.

Please post up your diet and exercise regime for we can have a look at it.

Have you worked out your bodyfat percentage?

Do you know how many calories your body needs to burn each day?

Do you train with weights?

I found this really quick workout that only takes 9 minutes a day. You don’t need any equipment and you can really feel (and see) the results. When you have a minute or two check out combatendurancefitness.com. The site leaves a little to be desired, but the DVD workout is good.
