need help losing weight and not gain mass
Hi this is my first post but I have been reading these posts for about a month. I have some questions about my weight loss program that I have been on for about a month. I do weight training one day and resistance training the other day with a day in between both. Those are both complete body workouts. I also run my eleptical for 45 mins. everyday. I am looking for weight loss along with forming my body. For my weight training day i use around 10-15 pounds with 3 sets of 8 to 10 reps. Except for my legs, I use around 50 to 60 pounds. I am a 28 year old female that weighs 193lbs. and I am 5'6". I am looking for a goal of about 145lbs. I know it doesnt come off fast but would like to see a 2lb weight loss every week. For my diet comes ranges that I am staying in everyday. Calories 1360-1710. Carbs. 153-278 Fat 30-66. Protein is 60-150 That comes from food with the exception of 1 whey protein shake a day after workout. If anybody could help me out just any, I would appreciate it. Thank you
