need help losing weight and not gain mass

Hi this is my first post but I have been reading these posts for about a month. I have some questions about my weight loss program that I have been on for about a month. I do weight training one day and resistance training the other day with a day in between both. Those are both complete body workouts. I also run my eleptical for 45 mins. everyday. I am looking for weight loss along with forming my body. For my weight training day i use around 10-15 pounds with 3 sets of 8 to 10 reps. Except for my legs, I use around 50 to 60 pounds. I am a 28 year old female that weighs 193lbs. and I am 5'6". I am looking for a goal of about 145lbs. I know it doesnt come off fast but would like to see a 2lb weight loss every week. For my diet comes ranges that I am staying in everyday. Calories 1360-1710. Carbs. 153-278 Fat 30-66. Protein is 60-150 That comes from food with the exception of 1 whey protein shake a day after workout. If anybody could help me out just any, I would appreciate it. Thank you

A whey protein a whole day after your workout?? Really?

heres alittle more detailed post was kinda in a rush with first post

my workout goes like this
workout 1(use free weights)
curls 25 pounds 3 sets 8-10 reps(sets and reps same for everything)
tricep kickbacks 10 pounds
squats 60pounds
tricep raises 10 pounds
bench press 50 pounds(change between normal and incline)
bent over rows 10 pounds
calf raises no weight
step ups holding 5 pounds each hand

than a day off

workout 2 (using all resistance tubes)
overhead press
lateral raise
upright row
bicep curls
overhead triceps extensions
squats
standing row
chest press

than day off

work out 1
day off
workout 2 etc.

i run the eliptical almost every day for 35 to 45 mins on workout days i do after workout
sit ups after every workout

my diet
i eat mostly fruit veggies and chicken some red meat no fish thou (i dont like fish) snacks are most nuts cottage cheese yogurt and so on not gonna put my whole menu up here but i tried and staying within the numbers i posted thanks for any help or info

what u think about the wrokout and is it ok to tone and trim down without gaining mass?
do u think im overdoing it with the cardio everyday should i take same time off of that also?
any dieting tips would be great thats the tough part for me on what i need to eat?
