help, exercises for busy woman!

Since I started to go to work and study at the same time. i have really little time for myself, so have gain a lot of weight. I have fixed my eating. I eat a lot more vegetables, fruits and i drink water all the time. I eat fat free foods. I have also started to walk a lot more. But my problem is that i have everyday about 3h of free time and i need to lose fat from whole body. so any advices/exercises you recommend?

Edit: i have been doing now everyday exercises for minium 30 min. And I just noticed that i have lost atleast 2 kg's!!!
Btw: jogging isnt my thing. i get easily tired. My bad lungs and heart might be a reason. Anything else outdoor activity, which you guys recommend?

You said you've started walking a lot more. Why not try, instead of walking, jogging? You'll get more of a workout that way.

Three hours! Wow! Heaps of time! Exercise doesn't take as long as people think. Quite often just half an hour to maybe 45 minutes will be all you need.

Something I started doing a while ago now was to incorporate exercise into every activities. I would do push-ups against the counter while waited for the sink to fill while washing the dishes. When hanging out laundry I would leave the clothes basket on the floor and do squats to pick things out of it to hang. Just little things that can give an extra oopmh to your daily chore-ecise.
