Problems with weight losing.

First i was losing weight very nicely. I lost 6 kg but suddenly instead of losing i gain 4 kg back!! My training and eating didnt change. I go jogging for 30 min every another day, every day I do cardio for 20-30 min and some core about 20 min! What went wrong? This made me really sad

A weight gain could be anything at all...was it close to menstruation? did you weigh at a different time of the day and less than a week apart? had you just ahd something to eat or drink? have you gained a bit of muscle?

Sometimes I notice that weight goes down one week and then stabilises the next week so there is no shift at all...and there have been times when I've exercised and thought 'that was a really good week' but the scale doesn't shift until the week after, very odd but true...so always give the body until the wek after when doing exercise because it seems like it works two weeks behind itself at times. But losing 6kg and then gaining 4kg, is still a 2kg loss which is good...and if the gain is due to any of the reasons above, then the gain is not a problem.

My weight does the exact same thing, whenever I lose a little bit of weight, it just pops right back on, but I do agree thats a 2kg loss, nothing to look down your nose at. Im sure if you do not let that discourage you, you will continue to lose the weight.

May be you can change the way you are losing weight. It’s good to exercise; I found a really successful way to lose weight. I’ve been doing gentle exercise at home with the aid of a CD which also helps to curb emotional eating. I’m losing weight around my midriff and thighs without really trying. I’m really excited about my weight loss which has been for the last two weeks, I’m now feeling good about self and feel I can gain control over eating habits more.
