Weight Loss 4 Idiots - my take on it
The Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet is taking the internet by storm.
whenever I search he internet chances are I run into this diet.
So finaly, I decided i will investigate it a little, and this is what I learned:
The Fat Loss for Idiots is about changing when you eat and which foods you put together.
So it actually acalorie shifting diet.
it allows you eat four times a day and from all four food groups,
and you aren’t starving yourself or living on shakes or low fat bars.
At meals, you eat until you are satisfied.
You don’t have to cut carbs or follow a low fat diet plan.
What you have to do is introduce certain calories to your body at certain intervals.
Low carb diets work by not allowing blood sugar levels to get too high.
Calorie shifting works in a similar way by depriving your body of a certain set of nutrients.
You follow a diet plan for 11 days. On the 12 through 14 you take a break from the diet and return to eating what you like.
You return to the diet on the 15th day.
I followed Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet program for 2 months and on average lost 7 lbs every 11 Days.
Is anyone else using this program?
