Red face crash diets/fasting - oh dear

recently i went on a two week water fast.
now i'm not going to lie, it was partly to lose weight (which i know is stupid) but it was also to try and find more inner peace (so maybe i can be forgiven a bit)
now i'm really pumped to get healthy and gain some muscle, but im terrified of putting the weight back on.
so, im in the phase of just eating raw fruit and veg after coming off of the fast and im doing 30 minute work outs (with the 'my fitness coach' wii game - don't know if any of you know it) and maybe walking the dog for an hour three times a week.
will it be okay to continue working out during this phase and carry on through with it, should i just start eating healthily straight away, or should i wait it out?
(i have the cooked veg stage, protein stage and then grains and starch etc stage all for a week to go yet)

there's no reason you couldn't continue doing gentle cardio during this stage - 20-30 min.
I wouldn't get into serious muscle building until you're back on the protein.

wouldn't mind getting to 125 lb. if it's healthy muscle!

just keep the cardio at a low intensity (120-130bpm or so) and you should be fine. just don't do any more intense stuff like hiit or things of that nature

I was using my Wii games for a some motivation until a friend recommended to me to a hypnosis and relaxation CD in the last week or two I’ve noticed I’m already losing weight from my midriff and thighs without even trying. I’m feeling really excited about my progress, my clothes are feeling a bit loser around the waist. The information was from,” helpme-loseweight.com.” I’m finding it was really helpful and informative.

Relaxation does indeed help with weight loss. My mother had problems losing weight, and she visited on holiday once (she has since died), and although she ate even more than when at home, she lost weight. When she commented on it to her doctor, he agreed that it was probably because she was relaxed that she managed to lose weight. Stress causes raised levels of cortisol, which encourages the body to hold onto fat stores.

So, if you can manage to fit relaxation into your daily routine you will reap more benefits than it at first appears to give.
