My Secret of Losing weight!
Hello everyone:
All of us, women, have tried many diets to lose weight. Of course, I'm someone who didn't stop trying diets and creating ones to not get bored of them. So I thought one day of something, which is:
Green Tea
My story:
I received a Japanese Green Tea from someone, and I kept it for awhile. Then, I did my internship (getting experience by working for a company; university requirement) in a company and I thought of having green tea every morning there since they've got nothing healthy to drink. So I had green tea for almost two months; Later on, I went to meet my uni friends. The shocking comments were "OMG~ You lost weight" "Wow, you've lost a lot" "You really lost a lot of weight".
All that time, I never thought that green tea would do so, and when I weighted, I lost around 3 kgs and all that without exercising.
I've been drinking green tea for so long now, and now that i've stopped (the package has finished T_T) I don't know where to get that same exact one.
So I suggest that you:
1) Drink Hot Green Tea Every day.
2) Enjoy drinking it. You have to enjoy drinking it.
3) Watch-out what you eat.
4) Walk and never sit in one place for an hour without moving around.
Give it a try. My cousin couldn't really continue because she didn't like the green tea itself, but since i've so fond of japanese culture, i never mind drinking it and enjoying that xD
I really really really believe that the green tea is what made me reach the sanctification about my body. I feel that i'm in a good shape and so healthy. I lost many inches around here and there. I really believe that green tea helps to burn fats.
If anyone tried it before, let me know if it has any effect and if it's your first time, then you should try it.
