I can see some of my upper abs form but the lowest seems to be cover by a big fat skin, im pretty sure they are hidding somewhere, but im just looking for a better way to eat, or some exercise that might help that part of the body to be burn.
also some eating advices could come great.
to those who achieve the six packs abs, please tell me what did u eat during the process?

Thankz!!!

I think your priority to burn that stuborn fat should be exercise. The best exercise to burn fat is weight lifting, followed then by cardio to maximise the fat burning. Support it with low calories/low fat with high protein foods (low fat milk, 0% fat yogurt, fiber-rich carbs like whole meat bread, apple, other fruits & vegetables), and avoid fried foods. Final stage, have more abs exercises and crunches min. 3-4 times a week.

I've done all of that, and it worked! Hope this can help.

I found this really quick workout that only takes 9 minutes a day. You don’t need any equipment and you can really feel (and see) the results. When you have a minute or two check out combatendurancefitness.com. The site leaves a little to be desired, but the DVD workout is good.
