Can't burn fat!

Hey guys, Greetings from Nicaragua.
Well i've been doing some home workout since June and by now i haven't seem too much result talking about the fat part. I can see some of my upper abs form but the lowest seems to be cover by a big fat skin, im pretty sure they are hidding somewhere, but im just looking for a better way to eat, or some exercise that might help that part of the body to be burn.
also some eating advices could come great.
to those who achieve the six packs abs, please tell me what did u eat during the process?

I think your priority to burn that stuborn fat should be exercise. The best exercise to burn fat is weight lifting, followed then by cardio to maximise the fat burning. Support it with low calories/low fat with high protein foods (low fat milk, 0% fat yogurt, fiber-rich carbs like whole meat bread, apple, other fruits & vegetables), and avoid fried foods. Final stage, have more abs exercises and crunches min. 3-4 times a week.

I've done all of that, and it worked! Hope this can help.

Hey there, just as a suggestion, weight lifting is great to do, I aam on a certain program and it works well, The key to it is super sets. For example I you take 2 exercises at 2 sets of 10 reps. You do the first exercise for a set of 10, you rest for 45 seconds, then you do the second exercise for a set of 10 and repeat. Its also great to do intervals while you are doing your cardio. I tend to do mine on the bike, but you can certainly do them on a treadmill as well.
