Short of surgery, not really. Although there was a gimmick on the market, apparently it boosts your boobs but personally I think it was just all some marketing scam. One way I've been improving the general shape is doing a lot of chest exercises. I might be small, but dang I'm perky! LOL

There was a really good doc in the UK called "My small breasts and I". It pretty much debunked every breast enlargement method except for surgery and weight gain

As Wolflady suggests, work on improving the pectoral muscles and you should be fine.

I have to agree...i think push ups, bench presses and flyes with dumbbells, are really great for lifting the chest naturally.

It depends on the woman - I've dropped 2 clothes sizes (nearly 3!) and lost 29 lbs with weightwatchers as well as getting some exercise (finally - lol!).

My back size on my bra has dropped from a 40 to 34, however my cup size has increased

I've been tracking my measurements and have lost 6 inches under my bust, but have only lost 1 inch from around my bust so I'm now wearing an F cup .

Any way I can get them a bit smaller?

I've always thought there should be some sort of breast tissue donation program for the rest of us....

i've lost almost 30 lbs and my cup size went from a C to a B, but the back size didnt change at all. a friend told me that its the first place to go and the last to come back in most cases.
