Hey everyone. I have a few questions and hope someone can help..
I'm a mom of two and I'm 30 yrs old. I have a flat stomach with some definition, BUT if I where to put on a pair of jeans I have a belly roll that comes out of nowhere.
Before I had children I was 220 Pounds WOW! Now my youngest is 6yrs old I weigh in at 145. I want to be 130.
I need to tone up big time on that midsection, under arms and my hardest upper thighs.
My hubby thinks I'm beautiful BUT I want to wear low hip huggers without that little jelly roll ROFL!!!
Any ideas to finally put all this time into weight loss, toning and all to rest with me.. Hey I'd like to wear a Bikini too sometime in my life before I continue to get older. Some say I will never have the body I want because I'm now 30 and I've been heavy all of my life.. Maybe a niptuck cause it's all like loose skin.
