The Core Strength Test - Can You Do It?

How strong is your core?

This morning I came across the video, it’s a simple core strength test. I have seen quite a few core strength tests in my time and I think this one right up there with one of the best.

So, how strong is your core? You think you’d be able to pass the test? Give it a try next time you’re in the gym or have a few minutes at home. This guy makes it look easy, but it’s actually quite hard!

If you don’t think you can do the test set it as a goal to reach. You can also halve the time on each hold to make it a bit easier and allow you to work up the full test.

Good luck!

Shawn said:I was pretty impressed to get this first time. I work my abs for about 5 mins at the end of my regular workouts and thought I'd have no hope of getting it! I was shaking like crazy at the end of it though!

Little Miss Moi said:Ohhh reminds me of pilates. Which I haven't done for a week because I overdid it last week, and my lower abs just refuse to go! (I guess that's one of the downsides of having a non english speaking teacher...)
