This heading might sound a little misleading because the internet isn’t going to burn a lot of calories. What it can do, however, is get you motivated, educated, inspired and ready to lose weight.

If you want to lose weight and spend a lot of time online then you should be doing these 5 things. They are easy, simple and free.
1. Subscribe to all your favorite fat loss feeds
Every website publishes a feed subscription (RSS) which allows you to view all your favorite websites’ updates in one page so you don’t have to click through to every single site. This is a very valuable thing for you to do because it saves you time and ensures you don’t miss any posts or articles that could potentially help you a lot.

2. Stumble!
Stumbleupon is a new internet social bookmarking service that is taking over the world. It is truly huge.
The idea is simple. Get a free stumbleupon toolbar and then you “thumbs up” the sites and posts you like. This then allows other people to see them when they click the Stumble button. What this button does is shows you random sites in your chosen categories that people have given the thumbs up to.
The result is amazing! You stumble upon many sites you had no idea existed and many of them are true gems. If you are looking for new weight loss material then stumbleupon is the best way to find something different.

3. Shop for supplements
Healthy supplements are a must for any woman trying to lose weight and get healthy. A good protein supplement can help you lose weight and tone up and some multivitamins can go a long way.
The reason I think you should do this online is because it is so much easier and cheaper. You can research all in one place and get them shipped for half the price. 4. Comment on blogs
Leaving comments on a blog is something I feel is super important for yourself and for others. I have seen some comments on this blog change the way other people think about weight loss and health. That is an amazing gift to give someone.
Leaving comments also gets you talking to other women on the blog which means you learn what they are going through and helps you apply their lessons to your situation.
Leave as many comments as you can on all your favorite blogs. It is also the best way to keep the blog in business and say thank you for all the free content they provide. Without free blogs the internet would be 100% cheap ebooks - all garbage.
5. Go offline!
You knew it was coming! We spend far too much time on the internet. I think it probably has a lot to do with the western world’s fat problems. If your back is sore, eyes hurt, wrists spasm then you have been on for too long and your health is at risk.

The idea is to get you new material you haven't seen before. Stumble advertising is fine, people just click stumble again and skip over it if it is bad. No dramas. But Stumble is a fun supplement to search engines because it shows you new stuff as well as creating a supportive community.
