In India I have noticed that I am losing weight simply from eating natural foods. Here’s why.

As I said, I’m in India right now and the foods I am eating are natural, raw and generally not very altered by technology. And, in doing this, I have found that I have lost a bit of weight without doing any exercise - the mere act of eating only natural foods has had the effect of shedding fat.

Here are some reasons why:

  1. Natural foods have no added sugar which means there isn’t any extra calories going into your system that will be absorbed as fat.
  2. There is no extra salt or preservatives.
  3. There is no harmful saturated fats.

All these things combined, I have noticed quite a bit of weight loss. I wasn’t smart enough to measure my before and after weights though!

Has anyone had any similar experiences?
