Real Women's Fitness in 2007

Now that we are well and truly into 2007 I thought I would give a brief overview of what will be going on here at Real Women’s Fitness.com over the coming months.

Getting Back to Normal
I will be arriving home in Australia on the 8th of January and with that I hope to resume normal posting. Let’s hope going home will create some sort of normal posting environment.

A BIG Thank You for 2006
I would like to extend a big thank you to all of my loyal and lovely readers for all the comments and suggestions and kind words over 2006 both here and at Real Muscle Online. It is your affection and input that spurs me on and without it I probably would have chucked it all in long ago. Thank you!

Big Plans for 2007
As for this year, my first plan is to build Real Women’s Fitness.com into a much bigger and more widely read fitness blog. I will be increasing the posting frequency and starting several “women’s fitness series” that I hope will take off.

I have also had some offers from some BIG fitness sites to create some sort of partnership which I am currently considering.

However, YOU (my lovely readers) CAN HELP ME build Real Women’s Fitness in many ways. The best ways you can help are by:

Posts in 2007
I have also spent a fair amount of time thinking about what posts I am going to write in 2007. Last year I wrote about whatever came into my head or whatever was requested of me but this year I will be trying to take a more structure approach.

Some things I will be doing are:

Blog Carnivals at Real Women’s Fitness
I have had several people ask me to host a blog carnival as they wanted to get links on Real Women’s Fitness. I decided this would be a good idea and opened a blog carnival submission.

I have had a HUGE response and have already had over 50 quality submissions.

The carnival will be posted on JANUARY 13th and due to the sheer volume I imagine it will run for several posts. I think this will be a great way to build to community here at Real Women’s Fitness and as such I will host regular blog carnivals if this first one is a success.

What do you want?
I am here for you. My motivation for writing is to help. That being said, if there is something you want to see at Real Women’s Fitness then leave me a comment or email me and I will do my best to please.
