Real Women’s Fitness has finally got a new team member - Peta.

For a while now I have been trying to get our workout songs section cranking but there was a problem - I don’t know much about music! I know what I like but I don’t know what other people like.

This is where Peta comes in.

Peta lives and breathes music. She is a professional singer. She works in the industry. She studied music in college. And now she writes about music for Real Women’s Fitness! Just what we need.

This is Peta’s first contact with Real Women’s Fitness just to give you a little taste of what she’ll be bringing each week. I love her energy and I’m sure you will too.

Nessajane said:Prior to ipod's, you know back in the dinasour age, I would listen to the radio as I exercised and was at the mercy of the dj. Nothing worse than getting all hyped up over a great exercise song to then have it followed by a slow love song.

I must buy me one of those ipods.
