Women’s exercise classes have been getting more and more popular as fitness becomes a major part of people’s lives. I wanted to have a look at some women’s exercise classes and see what is the most popular.

Women’s exercise classes at the gym

Gyms have got so many exercise classes on offer at the moment it’s hard to know which one to go to. And, these exercises are on top of the regular gym exercises like riding, rowing, treadmills, weight training, stair climbers and so on.

I had a look at what my local gym offerred in the way of extra exercise classes and the list was huge:

That is quite a few classes! I’m not sure why they need to put “Body” in front of all of the names. After all, it is a gym I think the people know why they are there.

That list could go on forever too. These exercises are all effective and all have their place in any weight loss or fitness program.
