What would Paris Hilton have to do to get really buff in jail?

How Paris Hilton would train and eat to get buff and strong while in jail

I think about weight training and fitness a lot and when I heard Paris Hilton was going to jail the first thought that popped into my head was how cool it would be if she came out looking like a ripped jail warlord like in the movies.

It’s not going to happen but I thought we would could have a little fun with it!

1. Weight train everyday
The first thing Paris would have to do would be to hit the gym every single day. Of course, working out the same muscles everyday wouldn’t get her anywhere so she would have to create a split routine where she worked out with isolation exercises that hit one or two body parts per day.

2. Eat big
The second thing Paris would have to do to get big in jail is eat big meals six times a day. These meals should be rich in protein and energy like beef, lamb, eggs, etc.

3. Rest
Paris would also have to rest a lot to get big. Muscles need to rebuild and sleeping is the best time for it to happen.

4. Take steriods
For Paris Hilton to get big she would probably have to take steriod. I, in no way at all endorse steriods as I think they harm your health and mind. However, it is very difficult for women to put on big muscle mass and steroids seems to be the only way to do it. If she didn’t take them she would probably just get leaner and more toned.

Conclusion
Although it would be kind of cool to see Paris come out of jail looking like Govenor Arnie we don’t think it is going to happen. We wish Paris all the best for her time in jail and hope she is safe and well.
