This site is called REAL Women’s Fitness. I started this site because I noticed there was a complete lack of information about women’s fitness on the internet. All of the sites I visited were based aroundÂ�a weight loss program or some cheap product and I wanted to create something fresh and interesting that was based solely around providing women with REAL fitness information. In this post I want to list some of the issues relating to women’s fitness that I want to cover in the next 100 posts and hopefully get some feedback and suggestions from my lovely readers!

Women’s Fitness Online
As I said, the information available to women regarding women’s fitness, health and weight loss is pretty average. Aside from two or three really well made sites there is little out there but advertising. Now, I am not saying there is anything wrong with selling women’s fitness products - I have adverts on this site - I am saying that it is hard for women to find information that isn’t about buying some product.
I wanted this site to be updated two or three times a day with fresh, original and very creative content. I have been a little off target with the frequency but so far I have had some excellent feedback from my readers telling me how happy they are that Real Women’s Fitness.com has come into existence.
Specifically I wanted this site to be focussed on these main areas:
Women’s Fitness Quantity
Another target I also want to reach is to write as many posts as is possible in order to make Real Women’s Fitness the biggest fitness blog on the internet. I am aiming to increase the posting frequency to as many as 10 posts per day in 2007. I am going to try to write posts on topics that are as specific as possible. For example, instead of writing a post about leg training in general, I will write posts on individual leg exercises and occasionally bring it all together into a post with routines, workouts, etc.
Women’s Suggestions!
Because I want to build this site I need as much help as possible. If you are a fan or just visiting for the first time, please leave a comment or an email that tells me about any posts topics you would like to see or any “gaps” in the site that you have noticed. If I am writing too much about weight loss and not enough about muscle gain then let me know!
Conclusion
This site is about helping women achieve their goals. As such, I am aiming to make it is reader friendly as possible. If you aren’t happy with something please let me know. Let’s build this site up together!
