As you know I am not a very big fan of sugary soda drinks. They are bad for weight loss and even worse for your health.
I stumbled across a very interesting article the other day that goes through a time line of what happens to your body when you drink a can of Coke. The opening statement says:
“They took the cocaine out of Coke almost a hundred years ago… It was redundant.”
I haven’t had a soft drink in over seven years now since they day I promised I wasn’t going to have anymore. If you are a bit of a fan then I highly recommend you go over and check this post out. It might change your mind!
