One of the biggest obstacles people seem to have to weight losssuccess is a lack of time. Here are some ways to make time for fat loss.
There are many things you can do at work to ensure you are working on your weight loss. Most of them involve being a little creative.
Things like this will not only minimize the calories you take in but they will start burning them while you are at the computer.
I have said before that getting up early is the best way to make weight loss progress. Getting up early…
The pre-planning aspect to getting up early has many advantages to your health as well. You will feel fresher and more awake during the day and many studies show you will sleep better at night as well.
Any place you need to go that is nearby - walk instead of driving. If you are going shopping it is a bonus as you can carry the shopping bags for an added workout.
Many people may scoff at this idea thinking “why would I do that to myself?” but the reality is, if you can’t find time for proper workout sessions and you want to lose fat you will do whatever you can to get over the line.

If you’re like me, you will have weight loss equipment lying around everywhere. I have a fitness ball in my room, a pair of forearm grippers on my computer table, a sit-up mat in front of the television and a dumb bell by the phone. Doing this allows me to not only keep messy house (joking) but it allows me to do little bits of exercise whenever I am in the room. It also reminds me to do a weight loss workout when I am sitting around being lazy. Constant reminders are important until good habits are formed.
If you put things off you will never get anything done. Weight loss will be the first thing to go when you are busy so aim to not be busy. 90% of the time I skip a weight loss workout if I am doing something that I should have been doing earlier. So plan ahead and use your intelligent foresight!
Does anyone have any other ways of making time for weight loss?
