Is your first exercise the same every time you workout?
I wanted to open up the floor to some comments…
Do you do the same exercise at the start of every workout?
Let us know. I am going somewhere with this.

| Hales said: | Now that I think about it I always do the same routine with the same exercises! It wasn't a concious thing but I seem to do chin ups first on my back day, barbell curls on my biceps day and so on. I hope I'm not doing something wrong!!!!
