
In my eternal quest to eradicate yo-yo diets from the planet I was quite pleased when the news came out with some research that said yo yo diets are bad for your health. In fact, yo-yo dieting can increase the risk of cancer in women.
While it is never nice to hear that yet another activity we do is linked to cancer, I am happy that respected government and scientific institutions are building up a bigger and bigger arsenal against yo-yo and other fad diets. They don’t work and they aren’t good for you.
