I have been thinking a lot about making weight loss easier as of late and I have come up with a few essential tips that should make a big difference to your weight loss progress.

It seems weight loss is really complex so I wanted to try to simple it all down so that we can focus on maybe four or five big important points as opposed to trying to remember everything at once. This should make it more achievable for those people who have trouble.

I will try and post these tips every now and then so that we can concentrate on them for a few weeks at time.

Today’s weight loss tip is quite simple and I know I have said it before but it is really important:

Cut out as much man made food as possible.

If you do this you will see the weight simply drop off your body without even trying. I promise.

When I say man made food I mean processed foods that do not occur in nature naturally. This means (especially) things like pasta, white bread, cookies, refined sugars, candy and so on. It also means foods that have been cooked in very artificial ways like deep frying and so on.

When I say to people ‘cut out man made food’ they look at me like they have nothing to eat! This is not true - it is just a matter of being creative and looking at all the healthy options around you. Take a walk through the central food market on a weekend with your partner and you will be shocked at all the amazing healthy natural options available to you for a MUCH CHEAPER price than the made made crap.

Some examples of natural foods that will help you lose weight and that will keep you healthy are:

The options really are endless and if you use your imagination you can turn and otherwise boring hippie dish into a work of art. You would be surprised how a little lime juice, chilli and garlic can turn a boring dish into an eatern delight. I do it all the time!

So, go natural and watch the weight drop off!
