The Christina Aguilera Workout

Christina Aguilera is my favourite artist of all time. I spent a fabulous 24 hours earlier this week going to two of her Back to Basics concerts and a taping for her DVD. In celebration I have developed the ‘Christina Aguilera Workout’. The concept is start nice, finish naughty!

So here it is, ‘the one and only, there never will be another…. Christina Aguilera’ Workout:

Warm-Up:
1. Understand - Back to Basics
2. Get Mine Get Yours - Stripped
3. What a Girl Wants - Christina Aguilera
4. Back in the Day - Back to Basics
5. Tilt Ya Head Back Nelly feat. Christina Sweat
6. Infatuation - Stripped
7. Can’t Hold Us Down - Stripped
8. Still Dirrty - Back to Basics

Workout:
1. Genie in a Bottle - Christina Aguilera
2. Don’t Make Me Love You - Christina Aguilera (Japanese Edition)
3. Come On Over - Come On Over Single
4. Hello - Mercedes Benz Commercial
5. Here to Stay - Back to Basics
6. Falsas Esperanzas Mi Reflejo
7. Makes Me Wanna Pray - Back to Basics
8. Car Wash - Shark Tale Soundtrack
9. Lady Marmalade - Moulin Rouge Soundtrack
10. Candyman - Back to Basics
11. Ain’t No Other Man - Back to Basics
12. Slow Down Baby - Back to Basics
13. Tell Me P. Diddy feat. Christina Press play
14. Fighter - Stripped
15. Dirrty - Stripped

You should be well and truly ‘hot, bothered and wet’ by the end of that. We’ll all be looking like Christina in no time -minus the baby bump ;)
